Bus Reviews

What is a Network Review?

A network review is where we look at all the bus services within a specified area. As part of the review, we look at how people within the area and services such as hospitals and shops are served, where service interchange and what changes can be made.

Our aim is to modernise the network to provide easier/better access links and improved co-ordination between services, interchanges, rail stations and key destinations.

Bus Network Area

Each network review will have a specified area where we will be reviewing services.

Who are the partners?

Centro is working in partnership with local bus operators and the relevant local councils.

How can I give my views?

As part of a review we hold consultation exhibitions where you can come and speak to staff and give us your views on what you think about the current network and what you would like from the new network.

You will also be able to fill in a questionnaire online or at the exhibitions.

What happens with my views?

Your comments/views are valued and important. They will be considered/used to form any changes to improve the bus network.

How will I find out about the new network?

Once a network review has taken place prior to the changes happening we will hold information exhibitions to tell you the changes that will happen. We will also put notices inside the buses, posters at key locations and information on websites.

Alternatively, you can give us your contact details and we will contact you direct.

We will provide new timetables if a service is changed.

Are there any bus network reviews happening at the moment?
