Child Season Tickets

Direct Debit

If you purchase black-n-iconnetwork, black-n-icontrain or black-n-iconbus child tickets by Direct Debit your first replacement ticket is FREE, subsequent replacements will cost £5.00 and are at the discretion of the issuing organisation.

If you have lost a term black-n-icontrain ticket you need to return to the rail station from which you originally purchased the ticket with proof of purchase and for a fee of £10.00 your season ticket will be replaced.

If you have lost your photo ID card other than a Centro U16 card or 16-18 photocard, you will need to supply a passport size photograph to replace this.

If you have lost a 16-18 photocard you need to complete an application form and return this to Centro with the £5.00 replacement fee. Your application form must be stamped by your school or college to prove that you are still in full time education.

Child Term black-n-iconnetwork & black-n-iconbus, Term Plus and Network Scholar Tickets

Children under 16

If your season ticket has been lost or stolen you will need to complete an application form and return this with the replacement tear off section from your original ticket and a replacement fee of £15.00 for each term the ticket is valid. If you do not have an U16 photo ID you will also need to provide one passport size photograph.

Young Person aged 16-18

Centrocare Lost/Stolen tickets

If your season ticket is covered by the Centrocare scheme and is lost or stolen you may obtain a replacement by telephone. Call Centro Ticketing on the number below and make a payment of £3.00 and your replacement can be posted out to you the same day.

If you have also lost a 16-18 photocard there is an additional fee of £5.00 to replace this. You must also have the application form stamped by your school or college to prove that you are still in full time education.
