Please note only Direct Debit tickets, adult 13 and 52 week tickets and child or student term tickets can be replaced.
Replacements are not available for tickets valid for less than 13 weeks.
If your season ticket is only valid on a particular operator's services* please contact the relevant operator for details of whether they can replace your ticket. Visit the Operators web page for contact details.
Unfortunately refunds will not be given for any tickets purchased for travel whilst awaiting your replacement season ticket.
All replacements are at the discretion of the issuing organisation.
