Replacement Tickets

Replacements are only available for the following tickets:

  • If bought through a Direct Debit Scheme
  • 13 or 52 week n iconNetwork
  • 52 week n iconBus
  • n iconTrain - valid for 4 weeks or more
  • Child n iconBus, TermPlus, and n iconNetwork term time
  • Student n iconNetwork term time.

If your season ticket is only valid on a particular operator's services* please contact the relevant operator for details of whether they can replace your ticket.

Unfortunately refunds will not be given for tickets purchased for travel while waiting for your replacement season ticket.

All replacements are at the discretion of the issuing organisation.
