There are three networkn2Local Travel Information Centres located across the West Midlands, in Birmingham, Coventry and Wolverhampton. Journey planning, timetables and maps are available in all three Local Travel Information Centres, and Travelcards can be purchased from the Birmingham New Street and Wolverhampton Local Travel Information Centres.

Journey Planning

For local journey planning visit our Journey Planner or telephone 0871 200 22 33 (Bus and Metro only). Lines open Monday to Saturday 7.30am to 8pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm.

Calls from BT landlines cost 10p a minute, mobile and other landline networks may charge an additional tariff.

Adult Tickets

For information, replacements and cancellations of networkn2train, networkn2network and Adult networkn2bus tickets purchased by monthly Direct Debit or through our Corporate scheme and replacement of lost or stolen Student networkn2network Term tickets, please contact the Centro Sales Team.

Child Tickets

Centro's Concessionary Ticketing Department processes Under 16 and 16-18 Photocards for children who are residents of the West Midlands County.

If you are under 16 and have lost a pass valid for a term or more, please click here for a replacement form.

If you are 16-18 and have lost your photocard and a term pass, please click here for a replacement form.

If you are 16-18 and have lost the photocard only, please click here for a replacement form.

Child networkn2bus Direct Debit tickets are administered by National Express West Midlands, for information, replacements and cancellations of Child networkn2bus tickets, please contact National Express West Midlands Direct Debit Team on 0121 254 6322.

Child networkn2network and Child networkn2train tickets purchased by monthly Direct Debit are administered by Centro, for information, replacements and cancellations of these Child Direct Debit tickets, please contact the Direct Sales Team on 0121 214 7550.


Concessionary Ticketing

Centro's Concessionary Ticketing Department administer Concessionary Passes for Older People and eligible Disabled, who are residents of the West Midlands County.

If you have lost your Concessionary Pass, require a replacement, wish to advise us of a change of details or have any other queries relating to Concessionary Ticketing please contact the Centro Ticketing Team.

Report any Damage

Report damage to a Bus Shelter, Bus Stop or Park and Ride Area

If a bus stop requires immediate attention, please call us on 0121 214 7171 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or call Traveline on 0871 200 22 33, who will pass the details to a member of our out-of-hour call-out team.
