There are three Local Travel Information Centres located across the West Midlands, in Birmingham, Coventry and Wolverhampton. Journey planning, timetables and maps are available in all three Local Travel Information Centres, and Travelcards can be purchased from the Birmingham New Street and Wolverhampton Local Travel Information Centres.

Centro's Concessionary Ticketing Department processes Under 16 and 16-18 Photocards for children who are residents of the West Midlands County.
If you are under 16 and have lost a pass valid for a term or more, please click here for a replacement form.

Centro's Concessionary Ticketing Department administer Concessionary Passes for Older People and eligible Disabled, who are residents of the West Midlands County.
If you have lost your Concessionary Pass, require a replacement, wish to advise us of a change of details or have any other queries relating to Concessionary Ticketing please contact the Centro Ticketing Team.
